Welcome Chief Flynn, I hope you will brows through the site and leave some of your remarks regarding the fire service as it is today especially the safety aspects, we are seeing so often now pointless deaths (in my opinion) on scene and  so many truck accidents going to a scene, is our schooling to new recruits getting through or is our instructors qualified to do their job. I believe all these deaths and maiming must be analysed and more accountability brought to bare. I do not wish to criticise but through friendly remarks we may find some solution to this problem. Welcome once again and enjoy. Captain Dennis Thain (retired)

Welcome to FirefighterCountry Chief Flynn.

Feel free to post blogs and start or join groups that interest you. Your input is very welcomed. Your years of experience will help others to be better informed.

Also consider visiting our foundation page Nebraska State Volunteer Firefighters Foundation to share what you can with our students who look to the site for input from career Firemen like yourself.

Thank you for your interest in our efforts to help the next generation of Firefighters find a venue to "open the door" for their advancement into the Fire Service.

Respectfully,

Lieutenant Frederick Georges - Creator of FirefighterCountry
