THE WAY IT SHOULD BE - FIREMEN GATHERING FROM ACROSS THE COUNTRY

THIS IS THE WAY IS USED TO BE WHEN AMERICA WAS "ONE" 

No matter what the challenge Americans would step up from across our great land and jump into action to help their "fellow Americans". We never used to wait for the federal government to act, instead every community that could spare the men and equipment would just begin traveling to the scene of the emergency.
